A digital approach to improving SWIP's brand online

Dog Digital were tasked with enhancing the SWIP brand, making it more approachable and accessible using the digital platform as a key communication channel. In doing this, there was a challenge to simplify a sometimes complex service online. Our remit was to devise, deliver and develop a strategic digital marketing plan, create a new web site design, improve usability, accessibility and the effectiveness of online communications to SWIP's target audience of IFAs, pension consultants, trustees and journalists.

Having launched the site, we have become a key part of SWIP's communication team. We now work closely on the communication of new products to build up a key understanding of how to get the best results online. We now create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search and rich media campaigns, in collaboration with SWIP's other agencies. A great example of this is the recently launched SWIP Intelligence Centre.

This online application is one of the main tools in developing a stronger relationship with IFAs and provides a rich resource for their continual professional development. We developed an intuitive user interface to provide engaging access to key information. Using various content strains, we are now marketing this information through rich media and search routes.
